The following personal data about you may be collected and held on our database, to service your enquiry: Current Service Provider, Name, Gender, Address, Date of Birth, Telephone, Email, relevant and specific details about your energy usage, current payments, financial details, home ownership and identifiers assigned by public bodies (eg your meter number).  This will either have come directly from you, public records or from other private organisations where your identifiable personal details will not be used to extract this information. Personal data processed for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than is necessary and will be updated, archived or securely deleted when appropriate in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. We will use this personal date for as long as you subscribe to Real Life Services Ltd group products or until you unsubscribe via the website or request that your data is removed.
